The Last Affiliate

Affiliate marketing, documented — not sold.

I’m a former Amazon seller who now runs his own content sites. I publish the real experiments, the real numbers, and the mistakes — so you can skip the tuition I already paid. No guru fluff. No income screenshots. Just receipts.

Get the free Demand-First Checklist

The three checks I run before I build a site, pick a product, or spend a dollar on ads. It’s the same pre-flight list behind every project on this site. (Email capture coming soon — the full Start Here path below is the method in the open.)

Real Experiments

Every experiment I run on my own sites, written up with dates and numbers — the wins, the shutdowns, and the post-mortems. This is the part nobody can copy, because it’s built from my own receipts. If a channel dies, you’ll read exactly what it cost and what it returned first.

Methods

The demand-first playbook, in the open: validate demand before you build, pick offers by commission math, and send every click to a page you own. No secrets held back for a course — the method is the content. Start with the four flagship articles on the Start Here page.

Tool Stack

The tools I actually run my sites on — hosting, email, AI video, tracking — written from an operator’s seat, not a reviewer’s. What each tool does in my workflow, what it replaced, and what I’d skip if I were starting over. If I haven’t used it, it doesn’t get a page here.

Money Math

The arithmetic most beginners never do: price × commission rate = what you actually earn. Platform-by-platform commission comparisons, payout timing, and why a cheap digital tool often beats an expensive physical product. Ten seconds of math before you join any program will save you months of promoting the wrong thing.

Latest Experiments

Every experiment gets a judgement day and a written verdict. These are the most recent ones.

Meta Said 631 Leads. Reality Said 120. — My ad platform reported 631 leads. My email list said 120 real people. A full funnel post-mortem on where the phantom leads came from — and why I now reconcile every campaign against my own backend numbers.

The Pinterest Pilot (running now) — 14 pins, one bridge page, judged at 30 days on outbound clicks. The full results — whatever they are — get published when the clock runs out.

The CA$35.51 Shutdown — A new project, a small ad test, 72 visits, zero signups. I killed it the same week and kept the receipt. Cheap tuition, expensive lesson about building before validating.

About

I sold on Amazon for twelve years (2012–2024), then walked away from a business that competition had squeezed dry. Today I run a small portfolio of content sites and channels, built with AI-assisted pipelines I operate myself. This site is where I document that work — the experiments, the numbers, and the mistakes — for anyone building the same way. Read the full story on the About page.
