About

I’m Charlie. I spent twelve years as an Amazon seller — from 2012 to 2024 I ran a private-label business solo: sourcing, listings, ads, customer service, all of it. By the end, the competition had squeezed the model dry, and I exited.

What I kept was the operator’s education: how to read demand, how margins actually work, and how platforms count things in ways that flatter themselves. Those lessons turned out to be worth more than the business.

Today I run a small portfolio of content sites and channels — deal guides, product reviews, a clinic directory, countdown channels — and I build them with AI-assisted pipelines: AI-generated video, scheduled publishing, email automation, ad testing. One operator, a stack of tools, and a rule that everything gets measured against real behaviour — clicks, signups, sales — not vanity metrics.

LastAffiliate is where I teach that work. Not theory from a course I took — experiments from sites I run right now, with the real numbers attached, including the shutdowns and the wasted money. Especially the wasted money. The mistakes column is the part of this site nobody else publishes, and I think it’s the most useful part.

My principle, in one line: Demand first, real numbers, and nothing I can’t show the receipts for.
